Admission Process

1.Pre-Admission Assessment and Infectious Disease Screening by Medical Officer/Medical Consultant Family Members are required to provide the following documents for pre-admission assessment:
Medical History of resident
Identification Card/Passport of resident & family member
2.Level of Care Assessment by Registered Nurse
3.Registered Nurse of Senior Living Care (Home Nursing) will contact qualified resident or family member for the arrangement for admission
4.Admission will be done at Admission Counter (Main Lobby , Level 1) during office hour
